Vacations Only is a "For Rent, By Owner" cooperative advertising company. The cooperative advertising program involves pooling advertising resources with those of other owners to maximize exposure to potential renters/tenants of your vacation property.

Vacations Only cannot and does not appraise the value/rental price of vacation properties. The rental price is established by the property owner, and Vacations Only will make no representation as to the rental price that an owner may receive.

Although vacation properties advertised on our network will be exposed to millions of potential renters as a result of the Vacations Only advertising program, Vacations Only does not have a specific renter at the present time. We do not specifically go to resorts or vacation homes to show properties.

Vacations Only is not affiliated with any resort, personal vacation home, or other third party organization representing such. Vacations Only is not a Real Estate broker. Vacations Only is an advertising company.

Vacations Only has made no representations as to the period of time that it will take for you to rent a vacation property, the success rate of our advertising program, or the rental price that an owner may receive. Because we are an advertising company and are not involved in the rental or the negotiation of the rental, we are unable to provide owners with statistics of the percentage of rentals as a result of our advertising program.

When a vacation property has a rental offer as a result of appearing on our network, the owner can choose to utilize the services of a rental agent. If an owner chooses to have the offer handled by a rental agent, there may be fees associated with the rental.

Vacations Only is a advertising company that does extensive advertising on television, radio, in print, on billboards, with direct mail, on the Internet, and in our showroom to drive renters to our website, call us by phone, or walk inside our showroom to view our inventory.  Vacations Only does not specifically advertise any owner's property in our advertising program. Owner's advertisements are on the Vacations Only website, but not specifically on the company advertising materials.

We presently have a world headquarters located in Orlando, Florida. In this showroom, guests can view videos, read printed material and view our online inventory. Our clients’ vacation properties are available to be viewed on our website at our location. Our showroom is announced by lighted signs to attract walk-in customers.

Owners are entitled to a refund if they provide Vacations Only with notice of cancellation of their advertisement within three (3) business days from the day their advertisement becomes active on our website.
